How does ePayAlert works?
- When a customer checks out from the merchant website, he will be prompted to provide payment information such as name, credit card numbers, CVV/CVC, etc.
- These information goes through the ePayAlert Risk Assessment Engine
- If the assessment engine flags it as a high risk transaction, depending on the settings, it will be either be flagged for further review or rejected automatically. It will reflect on the online reporting tool and alerts will be sent via email and SMS to the risk management team.
Do I have to be an AsiaPay merchant to avail of ePayAlert?
- No you don’t need to be an AsiaPay merchant but we highly suggest that you sign-up to avail of our services and other solutions. Please check www.asiapay.com for more information.
How long does it take to set up before using the service?
- Set up is simple. We will provide you the integration guide which the service can be readily used normally within a day or two max

- Yes, we accept all kinds of businesses from different industries.
Is your service limited to China and Asia region only?
- No, we can also service merchants in countries we don’t have a local office. Please sign up online and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Do you provide product training?
- Yes, we provide product training to fully utilize the feature of ePayAlert in countries where we have presence. For other countries, we also provide online training.
Do you store customer and payment information in your servers?
- Yes but they are masked and can’t be fully read.
